I'm a commercially-minded CEO and growth strategist who thrives on building revenue engines from the ground up. My foundation as an M&A banker at Morgan Stanley taught me to see businesses through the lens of strategic value creation - a perspective that has shaped every partnership and growth strategy I've built since. Over my career, I've scaled multiple companies from zero to millions of users through a combination of organic growth strategies and strategic partnership development. Currently leading SkinSAFE, where I've built an integrated commercial platform serving consumers, healthcare professionals, major retail partners like CVS and CPG brands like Church & Dwight & J&J. What I'm most proud of is creating our Trusted Choice program from scratch - it's now a global partnership platform that demonstrates how strategic relationships can drive sustainable growth while delivering real value to all stakeholders.
