I'm a commercially-minded CEO and growth strategist who thrives on building revenue engines from the ground up. My foundation as an M&A banker at Morgan Stanley taught me to see businesses through the lens of strategic value creation - a perspective that has shaped every partnership and growth strategy I've built since.
Over my career, I've scaled multiple companies from zero to millions of users through a combination of organic growth strategies and strategic partnership development. What sets me apart is my ability to structure partnerships that create measurable impact on growth - a skill honed through years of analyzing what drives real business value in M&A transactions.
Currently leading SkinSAFE, where I've built an integrated commercial platform serving consumers, healthcare professionals, major retail partners like CVS and CPG brands like Church & Dwight & J&J. What I'm most proud of is creating our Trusted Choice program from scratch - it's now a global partnership platform that demonstrates how strategic relationships can drive sustainable growth while delivering real value to all stakeholders.
