Objectives: Manage the Finance function of the Bank Achievements: ● Manage the Accounting, Reporting and Finance Biz analysis functions, up to 6 direct reports (training, coaching and recruitment). ● Manage the statutory accounting process (closings, audits, annual financial statements etc.) under IFRS. c.a € 100 M Balance Sheet, CET1 > € 30 M. ● Produce 5-year Planning & Rolling Forecast by Business Unit. Support Products business case modelling (Loans, Bonds, Factoring, Emoney payments, Loyalty programme, Cards etc.). ● Manage the Financial Reporting & analysis function of the Bank. Quantitative contribution to IC/LAAP & RRP annual reports. ● Manage the Regulatory reporting function (FINREP, COREP, NSFR, LCR, AMM, Anacredit, CDDP, BCL etc.). Contribution to ICAAP-ILAAP-RRP, Long Form Report. ● Maintain the Bank Finance Governance (policies, procedures etc) such as Accounting policy, impairment policy, related party policy, own funds policy etc. Support in drafting cross functional policies with risk notably. ● Project Managed implementation of IFRS 9. Implemented new Accounting Software SAP B1. Drove various internal Kaizen initiatives. ● Own the Finance stream specifications for all new business Lines/Products or new regulations (Ex: IFRS 9, Anacredit, Loans, Credit cards, Loyalty programme, Factoring, Bonds, Temenos T24 etc.). ● Supervise the Payment function of the Bank jointly with Independent Treasurer since Feb17. (SEPA, MTXXX etc.). Led the Assets & Liabilities office set up prior in plan of Deposit taking activity. ● Member of Management committee, ALCO, Internal audit committee and Product committee.
