Developed and implemented the company’s first comprehensive technical services strategy roadmap, including timed critical initiatives such as a comprehensive service scope matrix and compliance program, a best-in-class technology-enablement platform. Led the technical service solution for the successful Integrated Facilities Management proposal for IKEA’s North American stores and distribution centers, securing a five-year $80M/year contract.
Led the delivery of facilities management services to clients globally, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and sustained growth. Implemented the first-ever Operational Excellence Platform for Newmark’s facilities management business, enabling best-in-class client solutions and service delivery. Industries supported include manufacturing, technology, distribution. Achieved 10% cost savings year over year of $150M/year in managed spend.
Led facilities management platform’s functional areas and subject matter experts, including engineering, health and safety, strategic sourcing, capital planning, and energy services to drive best practices and processes. Global clients included healthcare, life sciences, financial services, technology, distribution/warehousing, and manufacturing with a total client spend of $400M/year. Facilitated client cost savings in excess of 7%/year on a $400M managed client spend as CBRE Northeast Division Enterprise Facilities Management Lead. Through implementation of best practices, client accounts achieved an OSHA Recordable Incident Rate of less than 0.7. Transitioned and established the first-ever full-scope facilities management outsourcing operation for Biogen Pharma’s 2.6M SF U.S. R&D and manufacturing portfolio, delivering a savings of 5% in year one of a five-year, $23M/year contract.
Strategic, technical, business operations, and program leadership and management in support of Corporate Solutions’ Integrated Facilities Management, operations, engineering, and capital program management services. Transformed the Jones Lang LaSalle/Verizon Integrated Facilities Management Account Operations organization to a client and mission-focused service delivery platform for a national portfolio of more than 40 million SF with a budget of $90M/year.
Led the facilities planning, design, clinical technology, design & construction, facilities management, and real estate acquisition and lease management for a 1.6M SF portfolio and an annual operational budget of $15M and capital spend of $75M/year • Led the completion of a $90M expansion of Moanalua Medical Center and implemented first-ever outcome-based maintenance management service delivery for Kaiser Permanente’s Hawaii Region, resulting in significantly improved service response and quality and achieved cost savings of approximately 10% year over year.
