With over 15 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, and product development, I bring the ability to turn vision into execution. As Co-founder and COO of Gabriel Money, I’ve led financial planning, product implementation, and process optimization for a mission-driven fintech focused on expanding access to financial products and financial education for underrepresented communities. Before that, I was responsible for guiding Qualitours Cruises & Tours (The largest Tour operator and wholesaler in Brazil for the Luxury Cruises companies) through operational transformation, improving process and profitability even during the pandemic, culminating with a successful exit. My earlier experiences include developing a credit solution at Bunge (Food and Beverage Manufacturing) and leading product and financial initiatives at Itaú-Unibanco (the largest bank in Latin America). I’m an analytical data driven person, who likes to collaborate to transform ideas into action and bring business results.

As COO and Co-founder of Gabriel Money: • Responsible for the business planning, forecasting, and financial planning. Developed financial model for the company being able to simulate different scenarios and support the CEO through the fundraising process and pivot of the business. • Implemented with the IT team the company App and launched the Secured Card in partnership with the Bank as a service Program manager. Was responsible for conducting the due diligence process with the Bank as a service, the project of implementation of the secured card and the relationship with the Program manager company. • Built partnerships with vendors to support product development and improvement. • Drove customer success operations, ensuring a customer center view.
