Provide day-to-day support for 600+ users across multiple offices (Madrid, Paris, Zurich, Stockholm, etc.). Handle user account management, distribution lists, group memberships, and security rights. Support hardware and software troubleshooting, device configuration, and system deployment. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, optimize workflows, and improve IT operations. Provide executive-level support (VIP users, board members) ensuring seamless IT service delivery.
