Drove project to create regulatory control framework of service partners inPoland, working with stakeholders from finance, sales, legal and claims. Conducted market research for expansion into two Eastern Europeancountries and created business case for Executive Committee. Translated user needs into technical specifications within Salesforceecosystem, actively identifying areas for improving efficiency. Took project accountability of implementing an automated dunningprocess, resulting in 5,000+ automated dunning cases created in 2023 with€400,000 in insurance premium collected. Supported market entry to Switzerland from Operations side. Performed due diligence of new service partner, drawing up application formarket entry for the Financial Market Authority.
