Working as a Head of Development Poland, responsible for the team composed of 6 professionals, development of the large-scale PV projects across Poland, development of the BESS projects across Poland, implementation and execution of the policies, organized management system in the Start Up organization, office management,hiring process, vendor management, project management of the existing portfolio of large-scale PV & BESS projects, dealing with the land owners, public administration, subcontractors, lawyers and the network owners. Promoted to the member of the management board role in 2024.
Working as a Property Management Department Director, responsible for the team composed of 10 professionals, development of the services and the customers portfolio, improvement of the relations with the key customers. Speaker representing Impel Group at the Property Forum 2022 during the panel “The change – challenges for facility managers”. Responsible for the implementation of the energy saving policy in managed buildings, implementation of an innovative parking management system.
Working as a Senior Facilities Manager on Intel Technology account responsible for Poland. Reporting directly to the account regional director located in Ireland. Responsible for management of the team composed of 21 professionals (inc. two Technical Managers, two Project Managers, Facility Assistant, two Facility Coordinators), responsible for technical management (mainly self-delivered), administration management & support, cafeteria services, all of the facility management subjects (hard and soft FM), security services, delivery of the small projects for all of the customers portfolio in Poland. The portfolio composed by the site in Gdańsk owned by the customer, about 30.000 sqm, leased site in Gdańsk, about 8.500 sqm,leased site in Warsaw, about 700 sqm. Responsible for the annual operational budget on the level of 6 mln pln and on demand projects budgets on the level of 11 mln pln in 2021. Taking active part in the regional activities on the European level, data collection, project planning, Vested model implementation, as well as supporting other JLL customers activities in Poland.
working as a Global Real Estate representative for IBM sites in Wrocław – 25.000 sqm, Katowice 12.000 sqm, Tychy – 400 sqm, Bielsko – Biała – 1.000 sqm, Vilnius/Lithuania – 2.500 sqm, Riga/Latvia – 1.500 sqm, Tallin/Estonia – 500 sqm, responsible for all the subjects connected with Property and Facility Management, interface for business units as well as for the land lords and third party subcontractors, responsible for the management of two Facility Management teams composed of subcontractors, one in Wrocław and one in Katowice. Responsible for monthly and quarterly performance management of the FM subcontractor, KPI tracking and financial reconciliation of the FM subcontractor on the quarterly and yearly basis (two types of budget: kept budged and variable budget). Nominated to the Global Real Estate Innovation Team in 2018, taking part in the project in 2018 & 2019. Part of the Crisis Management Team, responsible for creation of the Pandemic Plan for IBM Wrocław & Katowice. Project Manager responsible for the reconstruction and fit out projects for IBM, also for space planning in the reconstruction projects, the list of biggest projects finished with success: - new IBM location in Katowice – 2 floors in FOC building, ca. 3400 sqm., completed successfully in October 2013, - new IBM location in Katowice – A4 building: 8500 sqm., completed successfully in April 2014, - server room for IBM in Katowice – completed in August 2015 - renovation of IBM office in Vilnius – completed in December 2015,- Security Office Center in Wrocław – very demanding project – atypical space equipped with hi tech solutions, completed in May 2017, - Renovation of the IBM offices in Vilnius, Tallin and Riga – 3 projects delivered in 2019,
