With over a decade of diverse experience, from the worlds of fashion and beauty to e-commerce and education. I bring heart, creativity, and precision to every role I step into. Currently, I serve as a Customer Support Specialist in the outdoor solutions industry, where I streamline workflows, handle multilingual customer care, and support operations using tools like Zoho, Zendesk, Netsuite DeepL, and ChatGPT.
My career began in makeup artistry, where I developed an eye for detail and presentation that still shapes my work today. Alongside my professional path in sales, coaching, accounting, and CRM strategy, I’ve also found deep fulfillment in education,particularly teaching German to refugees and leading learning programs for children. These experiences taught me not only patience and adaptability, but also the power of communication in building trust and empowerment.
Raised in Cologne and having lived across Canada, France, and the UK, I’m now based in Belgium with my partner and two children. I’m fluent in German, English, French, and Lingala, and passionate about connecting across cultures with empathy and clarity.
