Most recently​,​ as COO and President of International Business at Ancera​,​ I helped raise and deploy nearly $90M to scale a SaaS-based microbial intelligence platform​,​ leading global expansion across North America​,​ EMEA​,​ and APAC. Previously​,​ at Medtronic and Boston Scientific​,​ I led enterprise-wide lean and quality programs that delivered double-digit cost reductions and margin expansion.
