Leading the IT function of an international group with 22 companies and 1500 employees, I’ve driven a comprehensive digital transformation. I defined the IT strategy, reorganized governance, strengthened cybersecurity, and managed infrastructure renewal and cloud migration. Key projects include Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, Salesforce CRM, public cloud transition, business intelligence, industrial IoT, and AI tools for customer service. I lead a multicultural IT team across multiple countries.

Oversaw global IT operations for a multinational company active in energy and infrastructure. I led the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, virtualized data centers with hyper-converged systems, and implemented disaster recovery and hybrid cloud architectures. I also deployed cybersecurity solutions, designed IoT applications for diagnostics and implemented advanced production planning systems across locations.

y role as ERP Project Manager at Brembo Spa, from April 2005 to December 2013, was centered on the international deployment and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics AX across key manufacturing sites in Italy, Poland, and India. I drove significant operational improvements by developing an advanced Production Planning module and implementing a sophisticated finite-capacity production scheduling system. Furthermore, I enhanced Supply Chain efficiency by redefining MRP processes and deploying a Demand Planning platform which boosted commercial forecasting. These initiatives were critical to the company's digital transformation, directly resulting in the reduction of inventory stock, decreased lead times, and increased reliability in customer deliveries. I also provided global project leadership, overseeing the roll-out in Poland and directly supervising the system deployment and team training in India.
