Full responsibility for driving the Finance integration and transformation of a group of companies, (28 entities across 5 countries). Achievements: • Within the first 15 days: enforced corporate governance structures and controlled liquid funds and other critical assets • Within the first month: All entities reported monthly figures and were incorporated in the consolidated books of the mother company. Due-diligence red flags were verified, and potential tax exposures were identified • Within the first 3 months: Purchase Price Allocation developed with the support of E&Y and good-will assigned to the individual entities; first quarterly rolling forecast (18 months’ projections) registered in the corporate Financial Planning System and new Finance organisation defined and implemented • Within the first 6 months: Internal controls framework implemented, potential contingent liabilities were discarded

Full responsibility for Finance in Iberia and BOD member of a group of companies comprising two business units and 8 legal entities. The portfolio includes a mine (potash salt) and 3 factories, 1 in Catalonia and 2 in Murcia. The annual turnover ranges between 300-350 million euros. Achievements: • Designed a strategic plan to improve production and to reduce costs with 30% over 3 years (as of end 2024, costs were reduced with 25%) • Implementation of a new cost control and reporting framework • Defence files for transfer pricing throughout the years 2021-2023 • Successful completion of a tax audit for the years 2016-2020 • Completion of various Finance and Supply Chain digitalisation and automation projects • Reorganisation of the Finance function in Spain: improved functional structure and 18% headcount reduction.

Responsible for the commercial area of the company (turnover: 240 million euro) and for the design, co-ordination and implementation of the company strategy. Achievements: • Improved commercial structures and processes: 98% billing accuracy, 26% increase in customer satisfaction ratio and 40% reduction in overdue balances. • Designed, managed and co-ordinated the implementation of the company 5-year strategy with the objective of improving key performance indicators with 40% from 2013 to 2017. • Led value adding projects with the strategic customer of the Company, including pricing schemes with the result of an increase in yearly sales of over 22 million euro. • Designed and implemented the restructuring and integration plan of 2 companies (one in Morocco and one in Spain).

Responsible for the design and implementation of the supply chain strategy of the company, for the management of strategic contracts and investment projects and for the overall performance improvement of the company.
