As President of Everguard Fire Safety and K&D Pratt, I was responsible for establishing the strategic direction and execution of the respective business plans which includes implementing a scalable corporate structure to accelerate sustainable, profitable growth on a national scale. With operations from Mount Pearl Newfoundland to Prince George British Columbia, a lot of my focus was on the creation of a collaborative and agile business model to facilitate continued organic growth in our 18 branches across the country and to support our aggressive M&A strategy.

As the Chief Executive Officer, I had the responsibility of the strategic direction and the execution of the aggressive organic and acquisition growth strategy. As part of the strategic direction of the company, I led the restructuring and amalgamation of 14 business units to create an optimized corporate structure leading to a more efficient financing structure to accelerate the execution of the M&A program and operate the company within a more efficient capital structure. My role also included identifying and analyzing other business opportunities to add to the Group of companies which included multiple start-ups in the healthcare field. I also had the responsibility of identifying and implement operational efficiencies and drive organic growth opportunities. The implementation process included collaboration with staff members of the individual clinics to facilitate the change management and drive a successful implementation process. My responsibilities also included the integration of the newly acquired dental clinics and other businesses by developing relationships with the key stakeholders during the acquisition process, spend time meeting new team members and walking them through our operational philosophy.

was named Chief Executive Officer of Voyago following the closing of the acquisition by Transdev Canada Inc. As CEO, I was responsible for developing and delivering the business plan and expected returns that were developed during the due diligence phase of the transaction. Furthermore, I was responsible for the change management and integration of the new company into the Transdev Canada model and development and implementation of the new organizational structure. As CEO, I was also responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the company along with my management team, the annual budgeting process with a focus on finding operational efficiencies to drive financial results, the long-term plan development of all 4 of its business units and professional development of the management team.

As the Chief Operating Officer for Ontario, I had full P&L and operational responsibilities as well as strategic direction of Transdev Canada, one of the world’s leader providers of mobility services (transit, rail, light rail, bike sharing, student transportation, non-emergency patient transfer), in the Province of Ontario. From an operational perspective, I was responsible for the safe delivery of services for multiple locations across the province, from Windsor to Ottawa to North Bay, taking into consideration the specificities and contractual obligations of each business unit and delivering the budgeted financial results, ensuring the Company’s EBIT and Free Cash Flow targets were met to deliver the expected return on investment. As Chief Operating Officer-Ontario, I was also part of the Transdev Canada Executive Committee.

Responsible for all business development activities across Canada for Keolis Canada Inc., the Canadian subsidiary of a Keolis Group, one of the world’s largest private operators of public transportation systems. In this role, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the Canadian business development strategy which included identifying opportunities, establishing relationships with prospective customers and various levels of the provincial and federal governments, recruit, train and lead multi-disciplinary teams of subject matter experts in order to develop and deliver competitive cost proposals to prospective clients emphasizing the balance between quality and cost of services to be provided, negotiate commercial agreements with clients, partners and suppliers.
