• Driving Agile Transformation & Delivery: I lead the agile transformation for three Scrum-based engineering teams, totaling over 30 individuals, to optimize project delivery for the My Account product line. • Facilitating Key Agile Ceremonies: I expertly facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. My focus is ensuring these events are productive and consistently drive a culture of continuous improvement. • Serving as a Servant-Leader & Liaison: I serve as a critical liaison between engineering teams and diverse stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business Units.
