• Driving Agile Transformation & Delivery: I lead the agile transformation for three Scrum-based engineering teams, totaling over 30 individuals, to optimize project delivery for the My Account product line. • Facilitating Key Agile Ceremonies: I expertly facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. My focus is ensuring these events are productive and consistently drive a culture of continuous improvement. • Serving as a Servant-Leader & Liaison: I serve as a critical liaison between engineering teams and diverse stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business Units. I help translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical objectives while cultivating strong, collaborative relationships across departments. • Strategically Removing Impediments: I proactively identify and eliminate technical and organizational impediments, providing the necessary support and resources for teams to maintain high velocity and consistently deliver high-quality solutions. • Empowering and Coaching Teams: I act as an Agile coach and mentor, empowering my teams to embrace selforganization, enhance accountability, and significantly improve their overall efficiency. • Leading Continuous Improvement: I lead continuous process improvement efforts through retrospectives and Kaizen, which include designing and implementing new workflows to effectively manage complex technical dependencies between teams. • Key projects and processes I worked/I'm working on: Natives development as a service (for the hole tribe) - gains: roadmap and priorities alignment, improvement on the reliability, decrease on unplanned work, product increment more solid and traceable and improved customer journey.
