As a department manager, my responsibilities included managing teams of engineers who serve clients regulated by the CSSF. I was directly involved in regulatory matters, most recently with DORA. I am skilled at designing new infrastructure or evolving existing systems with my teams and some subcontractors, and I am adept at ensuring the success of the projects we launch. I was also responsible for all contractual aspects, including SLAs, risk management, and reporting.
