Responsibilities: Establish a modern, fit-for-purpose HR function in Hungary and 7 Central East European countries. Scope includes manufacturing facility, shared service center, international commercial organisation and R&D facility. Focus on employee engagement, performance management, leadership coaching and development, as well as the re-design and build-up of the HR function
Establish a national HR function within a multi-site environment, taking HR from a localised administrative function to a strategic Business Partner. Establish teams and CoE-s, key processes, develop strategies in key HR areas such as Leadership Development, Controlling and reporting, Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Compensation, Employee relations and Employer branding. Build HR competence and support the business during an extremely aggressive growth period. Project initiator and manager (EU rollout) for shopfloor HR digitization initiative, including blue collar employee competence-based planning and resource management platform.
Working for multiple clients on a variety of senior strategic and operative Interim HR assignments. Sectors: Pharma, Building supply, Manufacturing, Consultancy, FMCG
