• Defines the supply strategy for CEE Region in line with the franchisor's quality and safety standards and continuously optimizes supply time • Performs market analyses and identifies suppliers and products according to agreed standards and developing local suppliers • Organizes tenders and negotiates purchase prices with suppliers (RFI, RFQ, RFP) • Defines the quality and reporting standards of suppliers and ensures that they are continuously met • Negotiate contracts with suppliers regarding the regulation of product supply • Establishes the supply plan for restaurants • Maintains relationship with the franchise representatives • Maintains the routine of product supply based on the sales plan, restaurant orders and marketing strategy • Support NPD actions and projects • Supervises the entire activity of the department, ensures compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures implemented at the company level • Negotiate the contractual term with local suppliers for critical articles • Quarterly EXEC report for CEE Region
