Hello, I'm Michal Boska.

I lead complex EPC and turn-key projects end-to-end—from feasibility to commissioning—across WtE​,​ conventional power​,​ and PV. As CTO I ran a portfolio of R&D and delivery initiatives​,​ set ISO 9001 and IT governance​,​ and managed multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers. My focus is realistic planning​,​ cash-flow control​,​ risk​/​change management​,​ and contract sanity. I design simple​,​ effective processes that raise throughput instead of creating bureaucracy. I also teach Project Management​,​ so I bring structure plus field pragmatism. Expect clear decisions​,​ tight execution​,​ and transparent reporting.
