Enhanced the Quality performance through lean methodo- logies, and accomplished a 60% reduction of testing and release lead time. • Levice became reference Company in the region thx to global recognitions like “Top Employer” with specific focus on HR/ People care. • Designed and implemented an R&D facility co-located in same- Haleon Site premises aiming at creating an e2e developmental capability to be used globally by Oral Care Category/R&D.
