▪Champion and deliver change management programs, ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, tools, and processes through structured approaches to communication, training, and engagement.
▪Development and implementation of the project of Business process centralization in the Head quarter in Luxembourg for all the main business processes, including planning, purchasing, finance, procurement and sales.
▪Development and implementation the project of split the French business company into two distinct entities, one productive and one commercial.
