Led the online recruitment and HR Technology business in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Central America, and the Caribbean driving €130m+ turnover and overseeing 1000 staff. Key challenge was turnaround of underperforming UK business with low customer satisfaction and retention, poor business vitality, weak controls and cultural misalignment with Group Strategy. Simplified the organisation to focus on key drivers of improved customer retention, new business development, and improved data quality. Worked collaboratively with IT and Product Development to ensure product met customer expectations.
