• Responsible for all HR Operations on the site, 1600 employees (1210 union and the rest nonunion). • Reporting to Director of Operations and Corporative HR Director. • Direct report: 24 employees including (Assistant Manager, Labor Relations 3, Talent Acquisition Area 4, Training and Development Area 11 and Medical Department 5). • Responsible for Union negotiations (wage increase, benefits, shift changes, etc.). • Responsible for all Labor Legal matters related to the company. • Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings with Local and Corporative Management including Quarterly results reviews with President of the Company. • Strategic Plan Development to improve environmental labor and operational conditions in the Metals Division to engage employees, creating loyalty, sense of belonging (this improves the turnover and absenteeism metrics). Important Achievements in 13 months: • Arriving at the company in July 2024 I must negotiate an important layoƯ due to client demand reduction, more than 400 employees with no demands before Federal Conciliation oƯices. • Review and improve the strategy to reduce absenteeism & turnover for the new fiscal year that started on October 2024 with an important reduction as of today. Turnover average for 2023 - 2024 = 10.4%, as of today 6 months = 2.5%, Absenteeism average for 2023 - 2024 = 4.75%, today's = 0.87%. • Implementation and follow up of the Cooling Center for Associates to have a space for resting of the heat areas by having extra rests with hydration beverages, bananas with controlled time checking in and out including temperature control, audits in the areas to prevent heat strokes. • Reactivation of the Seniority / Loyalty events to recognize employees with 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years in the company to create more commitment. ◦ Review and improve the Events Calendar for all the Year to include the participation of the employee's family in events such as Jan 6th, Valentines, Spring beginning, Children Day Family Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. planned to do an Open House for all in July 2025. • Improve the relationship with the Union by having monthly meetings with Delegates and the Executives of the Federation and request my Labor Relations team weekly meeting with Plant Delegates. Successful wage increase negotiation in February in only one meeting.

Important achievements: Union negotiations to reduce from 2 contracts with diƯerent benefits to only one to make more competitive the company, implementation of salary categories to all Union employees to improve productivity, Improve Absenteeism, Turnover and Safety Accidents incidents and the most important; improve the relationship with Union Executive Committee to avoid labor issues, Legal compliance with STPS, reduce external audits and have a very good labor environment. In charge of the company as Operations Responsible during Plant Manager transitions (I have been working with 3 diƯerent Plant Managers including the actual with a very good relationship that they put me as Plant Responsible when they are out of the plant). I have attended meetings in Corporative at Ohio State OƯices and Ontario, Canada to share best practices in Mexico Plants.

• Coordinate annual employee's evaluation (indirect and salaried employees). • Develop and plan the employees' benefits (Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance, FONACOT, and Payroll Discounts). • Responsible for the Head Count reports and the Organizational Charts to Corporate (Union and Salaried employees). • Salaried employee recruitment for all levels. • Coordinate productivity bonuses for indirect and direct employees.
