Q CELLS offers the full spectrum of solar solutions under Green Energy Solutions “GES” (Qcells USA Corp, Qcells Enable, FlexRack by Qcells) from the core technology of modules to solar large-scale utility Project Development (“DEV”), Engineering-Procurement￾Construction (“EPC”), Off-shore Wind (“OSW”), Battery Energy Storage Solutions (“BESS”) and led workforce of more than 1K employees across all 50 states, 10 countries and across 4 continents globally. • SVP, Global Head of Human Resources // Founder of Culture Innovation Committee: As the company’s first Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources, Culture & People Strategy, led strategies surrounding people & culture with Hanwha Q CELLS USA Corp, based out of the Irvine HQ office. Served as the Global HR leader through mergers and acquisitions starting from one company to seven companies operating under Green Energy Solutions (“GES”). • Talent Acquisition Business Partners: the TABP team grew from 1 to 30+ internally to manage all aspects of the recruitment efforts internally by levering Ai tools, optimizing online search engines and ATS automation, in partnership with Executive Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, HR Ops, HCM and compensation teams. Decreased outside Talent Search agency utilization from 45% down to 0% within an 20-month project timeline. • Culture Innovation Committee – Founder & Executive Steering Member: spearheaded the organization’s first Culture Innovation Committee to align organizational workforce planning for best-in-class culture development. • Global Culture Curator Committee – Executive Sponsor Member: stemming from the successes of Culture Innovation Committee locally, this mission was to spearhead the organization’s first Global Qcells Culture Curator Committee to align global best-in-class culture development.
