Decreased outside Talent Search agency utilization from 45% down to 0% within an 20-month project timeline. • Culture Innovation Committee – Founder & Executive Steering Member: spearheaded the organization’s first Culture Innovation Committee to align organizational workforce planning for best-in-class culture development. • Global Culture Curator Committee – Executive Sponsor Member: stemming from the successes of Culture Innovation Committee locally, this mission was to spearhead the organization’s first Global Qcells Culture Curator Committee to align global best-in-class culture development.
