Reporting to VP General Manager LATAM and HR VP International (2,400 employees within the Region, including unionized employees) Responsible for leading and delivering key strategic HR processes and programs including: People Strategy, Workforce planning, Succession planning, engagement survey analysis and action planning, focal compensation planning, employee and leadership development. Drive functional and organization - wide HR programs and initiatives. Main Achievements: Deliver of key strategic HR processes and programs including: LATAM People Strategy, Succession planning, engagement survey analysis and action planning. Implementation of the Wellness Program for LATAM. Development and Implementation of the HR plan to exit Venezuela. Certified as MBTI Team Coach, responsible for coaching 2 leadership teams.
Reporting to VP General Manager North LATAM (800 employees within the Region, including unionized employees) Responsible for HR strategy for Mexico, Caribe, and Central America. Strategic business partner to effectively align Human Resources strategy with North LATAM business strategy.
Reporting to the BU VP (600 employees within the BU). Responsible for all HR functions within the Region. Organizational effectiveness, talent management, rewards and recognition, labor relations and communication. Additionally, responsible for creating and deploying strategies across LA to support the Diversity effort for all P&G BU's.
Reporting to Manufacturing Director and in dotted line to the HR VP for Mfg. (750 employees within the Business Unit) Responsible for all human resources functions within the Manufacturing area: organizational effectiveness, talent management, rewards and recognition, labor relations and communication.
Responsible for the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits strategies for 3,000 employees within the following countries: Mexico, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Brazil. a Manager Self Service tool to carry out the Common Merit Process, reducing the time to process the increases from 2 months to two weeks and eliminating all non - value added activities. Contributory Pension Plan implementation for Mexico.
