AAA Club Alliance is the 3rd largest club in the United States with over 8.5 million members, 6,000 associates, 200 retail and auto repair locations servicing members in the industries of Roadside Assistance, Insurance, Financial Services, Retail Distribution, Car Repair, and Travel across 13 states. As CMO and the Senior Vice President of Membership, I was accountable for overall AAA Brand and Product messaging to drive awareness and business line conversion and responsible for the Membership business line, both New Member acquisition and retention.
