About Me

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations build thoughtful, people-first strategies that align with their mission and values. I’m the Founder, Chief Engagement Officer, and Principal Consultant of Workforce Resources Group (WRG), a human resources consulting firm committed to humanizing strategy and driving impact through inclusive, equity-centered HR solutions. At WRG, our approach is guided by the philosophy: Humanizing Strategy — Driving Success Through People-Centered HR Solutions. My background spans the nonprofit sector, national associations, education, workforce development, media, and transportation industries. I’ve built and scaled HR functions from the ground up—designing start-up departments, launching organizational frameworks, and optimizing everything from talent management and employee engagement to performance, strategic workforce planning, process improvement, and compliance. I specialize in partnering with start-ups and small to mid-size organizations during periods of growth, transition, or transformation, offering the strategic guidance, operational structure, and culture-aligned support they need to thrive. Whether I’m advising executive leaders, coaching HR teams, or designing systems from scratch, I lead with heart, clarity, and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. I believe people are the engine of any successful organization—and that when we lead with humanity, we create space for both innovation and belonging. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, along with certificates in Strategic HR Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I’m an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and I’m currently preparing to sit for the SPHR certification. My work is grounded in both real-world experience and a passion for continuous learning—always focused on delivering solutions that strengthen culture, optimize processes, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
