My current role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, advising on property transactions such as acquisitions, and leasing arrangements, and assisting in the preparation of construction contracts for aged care and seniors living projects. It also includes providing legal advice and representation in disputes, collaborating with internal teams, senior management, and external legal providers, and driving continuous improvement through the development of legal precedents, training initiatives, and process enhancements. My past role of 10 years was in IP litigation. Being a techie, I am also involved in data breach test and privacy matters as well as generative AI.
