Born in Mexico, I’m a seasoned HR Business Partner and strategic human resources leader with over two decades of experience across Latin America. I’m also a happily married family man with two wonderful kids, and a lifelong sports enthusiast who brings that same energy and team spirit into everything I do. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about driving organizational transformation, aligning people strategies with business goals, and building inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures. My expertise spans change management, talent development, and leadership coaching. Currently, I serve as the LATAM People Business Partner at BSI Group Mexico, where I collaborate closely with senior leaders across multiple countries. I lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and HR compliance—always with a strong emphasis on organizational development and practical, people-centered solutions that drive business performance. I hold an MBA from EGADE Business School and Fribourg HEG in Switzerland, and I’m certified in several areas including behavioral assessments, ISO standards, and leadership development. I’m fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of French and German.
