Being self-driven, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented, I not only set goals for myself but also coach and mentor my teammates, startup founders, and business leaders on how to build effective teams, set themselves up for growth, and achieve outcomes. For the love of sports, I founded and launched Purpose Performance Wear – Singapore’s only performance wear brand for triathlon, running, and cycling and grew it into a global footprint. I'm also regularly invited to speak and share my areas of expertise, including Business Founder Journey, Product Design, Product Management, Brand Communications, and Marketing.
