Mr. Khan is a distinguished C-level executive with over 25 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology services, and business process outsourcing (BPO). He has a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation, optimizing business performance, and leading high-impact M&A, outsourcing, and digital innovation initiatives. In the healthcare domain, Mr. Khan has led two of the world’s largest third-party administrators (TPAs), spearheading innovative solutions in cost management, compliance, health and wellness, mental health, patient population health outcomes, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), 340B programs, and comprehensive benefits design for employers. His strategic leadership has shaped industry-leading frameworks that enhance healthcare delivery and employer-sponsored benefit solutions. Currently, Mr. Khan serves as President, Digital Services & Solutions at IRPA AI, where he leads strategy, business optimization, and due diligence efforts to support clients’ generative AI strategies. Prior to this, he was Group President at Xerox, overseeing the company’s multi-billion-dollar Healthcare & Benefits Administration BPO division. In this role, he managed global operations serving over 620 Fortune 2000 companies and a client base of 6,900+ organizations, driving business transformation in health, wellness, wealth, and wellbeing services. Mr. Khan was also awarded a healthcare patent at Xerox for developing an AI-powered employee engagement and data science model. Before Xerox, Mr. Khan was Global President at Hewitt Associates (now Alight Inc.), where he led the firm’s $8B HR and Healthcare Administration BPO business, delivering services to over 470 Fortune 2000 companies and 4,300+ global clients. At Hewitt, he pioneered the industry’s first integrated healthcare administration outsourcing model, setting new standards in healthcare services delivery. Previously, he served as President of Bank of America’s Internal Services Group, leading its $600B+ mortgage origination and fulfillment business. Under his leadership, he reengineered mortgage processes to align with life-event triggers, consolidating 238 distributed processing centers into 16 mega-centers and driving a personalized, omnichannel approach across homebuilder joint ventures, realtors, and relocation companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan was a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing in technology transformation for global banking, insurance, and healthcare clients. Born in England, he holds dual citizenship in the United States and Canada. He earned degrees in Economics and Business Administration, along with an MBA from the University of Ottawa, with a double major in Strategy & Operations Management.
