Previously​,​ he served as President of Bank of America’s Internal Services Group​,​ leading its $600B+ mortgage origination and fulfillment business. Under his leadership​,​ he reengineered mortgage processes to align with life-event triggers​,​ consolidating 238 distributed processing centers into 16 mega-centers and driving a personalized​,​ omnichannel approach across homebuilder joint ventures​,​ realtors​,​ and relocation companies.
