An International M&A and Corporate Strategy leader with a proven track record of managing projects to drive growth at global organizations, including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Novartis and ExxonMobil. Recent successful projects include a $70M cross-border acquisition, navigating complex commercial and legal issues to complete the deal, and three connected, strategically significant acquisitions to expand into adjacent sectors and deliver the logistics infrastructure to support them. Earlier projects include leading the sale of a $25M operation that was no longer core to our business, and managing a politically sensitive project to shut down a European manufacturing site ($5M annual operating costs).
