I have 27 years of experience in the industry with a solid background in the development, launch, and improvement of highly complex products and processes, through strategic planning methodologies (OKRs, Hoshin Kanri), launch of new products and processes (APQP/AQP), and implementation of quality standards and certifications (ISO-9000, ESD s20.20, ISO-13485, UL, Intertek, etc.) with the support of a standard project management approach (PMI) and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean 6-Sigma). I graduated as an electrical engineer with a master's in automation and control. I am writing my doctoral thesis on deep learning models for real-time defect detection in electronic boards. I am certified as a “Black Belt” and “Master Black Belt” by the Kaizen Institute. I also hold certifications as a “Project Management Professional” (PMP) and “Program Management Professional” (PgMP) from the PMI.
