She has vast experience working nationally and internationally with the United Nations and international aid organizations, in addition to the private and public sector. As a policy advisor, I help organizations develop inclusive trauma-informed policies and processes including policies on harassment, gender-based violence, discrimination prevention and workplace wellbeing, with expertise in reporting mechanisms to build a safer culture. As a facilitator and learning and development designer, I have expertise in building the skills necessary to implement policies, improve empathetic communication, prevent and respond to harassment and discrimination, and manage conflict across difference. I draws on heart, humour, and deep subject matter and human rights education expertise!
