Establishing the Benelux activities for You Are Capital, a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm with headquarters in Spain. Services include M&A, Private Equity Advisory, Financial and Strategic Advisory, Structured Financing.

Responsibility for daily operations, with end responsibility for HR, MarCom, Global Delivery (including operations in India, Romania and Portugal) with 5 direct reports • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures, including leading the Renaissance 2023 transformation program • Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, whilst establishing policies that promote company culture and vision • Driving expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, partnerships etc.) • Chief of Staff for the CEO, managing and directing the organization towards its strategic objectives, based on the entity’s vision, mission statement and goals
