I have developed extensive expertise in corporate, commercial and civil law, with a strong focus on domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. My professional career has given me considerable experience within the European legal framework, particularly through my work in France and Scotland. I am also heavily involved in matters relating to artificial intelligence and have a keen enthusiasm for technological advances. I hold the distinguished position of appointed arbitrator and actively contribute as a member of the Civil Justice Commission of the Court of Milan- Company Commission. I am also an integral member of the Observatory of the Court of Milan, where I participate in the design and monitoring of judicial practices and policies in Civil procedure and Artificial Intelligence
