Present

Since 2025 I have been working as an independent professional, providing temporary management and advisory services to companies operating in the Services, Retail and Industrial sectors. I work closely with CEOs, executive teams and business leaders to support strategic decision-making, strengthen governance models, improve operational performance and enable sustainable growth through structured, technology-enabled transformation initiatives. I founded Kronos Consulting to help organizations effectively translate business strategy into execution. I support companies across IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Adoption, and the governance of complex, cross-functional programs that span business, operations and technology. My approach is explicitly business-first: technology is treated as an enabler to improve efficiency, scalability, cost control, resilience and time-to-market, with a constant focus on measurable and sustainable business value. In my advisory and temporary management roles, I typically operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping organizations prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, structure delivery models and de-risk transformation programs while maintaining day-to-day operational continuity. Main activities performed: • Leadership of complex SAP programs for industrial companies, with end-to-end accountability for IT governance, business process optimization, stakeholder coordination and post–go-live stabilization, ensuring operational continuity and effective realization of expected business benefits • Delivery of end-to-end Information Systems assessments (infrastructure, applications, governance and business processes) for industrial and service companies, producing pragmatic transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities, investment constraints, risk profiles and regulatory requirements • Collaboration with management consulting firms (PwC Italy and other boutique consultancies) on large-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives, contributing senior IT & Operations expertise and acting as an execution partner bridging strategic vision and operational delivery • Advisory support to Fashion & Retail companies in the selection and implementation of enterprise information systems (ERP, PLM, OMS, CRM), guiding executive stakeholders through business case definition, vendor evaluation, implementation governance, change management and organizational adoption • Support to SMEs in the adoption of Generative AI solutions, with a strong focus on: o improving sales effectiveness, pricing accuracy and purchasing efficiency o enhancing CRM capabilities, customer insights and data-driven decision-making, o automating operational workflows to reduce costs, improve scalability and increase process reliability o enabling intelligent knowledge management through secure, role-based, natural-language access to corporate information, supporting faster decisions and broader organizational empowerment
