Oversaw the Responsible Sourcing Operations team, delivering transformative programs across the global supply chain, from compliance remediation and capacity building to environmental and social innovation. Provided strategic direction to a team of data managers and analysts, leveraging cross-functional insights, stakeholder engagement, and diverse data ecosystems to shape forward-looking, data-driven strategies that elevate performance and accountability across all Sustainability, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship and Traceability functions.

Led a team specialized in supply chain sustainability, specialized in assessing and improving environmental and social conditions from origin to end user. We took a holistic approach to identifying risks and opportunities by improving transparency within the supply chain and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
