Hi everyone! I'm Spencer. I've spent my entire career in marketing and advertising. I most recently spent 8 years in tech at the Toronto-based unicorn StackAdapt. I lead the entire Client Services team since day one (employee #54) and finished up my time there as Vice President of Client Services where I oversaw half of the entire Client Services organization across North America, and all of APAC and our Advertising Operations team. We won many awards for our Client Services, our incredible rate of growth, and we smashed many revenue targets. It wasn't easy; From growing the team EXTREMELY fast (54 to ~300), to managing the growing pains, to re-organizing the team for better presentation on the books. My focus was always to optimize internal operations and use business performance as the measuring stick for success.
