I have more than 18 years of experience in major public listed industrial Groups where I held progressively responsible management positions in the field of ethics & compliance (export control, sanctions, human rights, anti-boycott, anti-corruption, data privacy, third party due diligence, conflict minerals, AML, etc...). I believe that integrity in business is a vector of development, growth and contributes to outperform competition in an ever-changing regulatory environment, especially when extraterritorial regulations and coercive measures are increasing. I graduated from Albright College in PA, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also held an Executive Master Degree in Ethics and Compliance from Paris Dauphine (PSL University) and a Professional Coaching Degree in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). As Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, my primary objective was to secure and drive a strong ethics and compliance culture throughout the company, increase third party oversight across the value chain and mitigate legal and reputational risks for the Group. Thanks to a dedicated team and effective organization worldwide, I was able to ensure operations compliance, encourage employees to act with integrity and high ethical standards, while supporting global business objectives. My main missions included defining, optimizing and overseeing the Code of Business Integrity (CoBI) and Group’s policies in human rights, conflict minerals, anti-corruption / anti-bribery, trade compliance (export control, economic sanctions, anti-boycott, etc.), data privacy, AML / CFT, etc....I was also in charge to build a strong speak up culture and oversee investigations.
