About Me

I have provided advisory consulting services for more than 90 clients that include more than 14 pharma and life science companies. I have more than 30 years of experience, conducting more than 55 strategic planning, IT transformation, strategic sourcing, and program management initiatives. Mr. Goldstein is an accomplished management consultant who has conducted and managed a broad range of strategic sourcing, program management, outsourcing, integration management initiatives for merger and divestiture integration/separations, and vendor management engagements for client organizations. He has managed the operations of consulting, program management, vendor management, and training organizations. Mr. Goldstein has managed many projects that have assisted companies establish their outsourcing programs; facilitated the client’s selection of their service providers; and established governance policies and procedures for managing the client’s continuing relationship with the selected service providers. Mr. Goldstein also has extensive experience helping organizations develop their program management office, establish their governance policies and procedures for delivering information technology systems and services, and manage their outsourced IT programs.
