Facilitated the process using key decision - making frameworks, ensuring alignment across the executive team and establishing a clear roadmap for long - term success. • Defined a clear and actionable product strategy: Crafted an inspiring and focused product strategy, enabling the company to align cross - functional efforts and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Successfully reorganized product and tech teams to execute this strategy effectively and at scale. • Professionalized product and design practices: Elevated the maturity of product and design practices by introducing robust methodologies and frameworks for discovery, delivery, and decision - making. Established scalable processes to ensure a consistent focus on user outcomes and business impact. • Led UK market expansion strategy: Spearheaded the discovery and strategy work for the company's UK expansion. Defined the market entry plan through in - depth research, user insights, and competitive analysis, positioning the company for a successful launch in a new market. Extra context: We were raising our series B and we had a great deal securitizedfor the next 5 years. I was excited to lead product and growth further as part of the ExCo but the market crash came and the investor retracted 1 week before receiving the funds; we didn't have enough time to secure a new round and the company had to close

The investors asked me to stay and I was able to make a big difference for Signaturit at a strategic level Achievements: • Led transformational growth during M&A integrations: Took charge of all product and design responsibilities as the company scaled from a single 10M€ business to a group of 3 companies generating 30M€+ in total revenue. Successfully navigated complex M&A integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and unlocking synergies across the portfolio. • Drove strategic vision and revenue growth: Defined and implemented a unifying product vision and strategy to position the group as the European leader in digital transactions. Championed key decisions on segmentation, positioning, and go - to - market strategy, driving a 20% revenue increase during a challenging post - M&A reorganization year. • Designed and executed scalable integration strategies: Developed and deployed the group's M&A integration strategy, aligning product portfolios, operational processes, and cross - functional collaboration to maximize efficiency and market impact. • Provided critical leadership in a time of change: Stepped up as a stabilizing, inspiring and strategic leader following the departure of the founder and CEO on day one.
