End to end management of Visa’s Risk Management Department globally. Responsible for quantifying risk, assessing cost of capital and Total Cost of Risk, deployment of risk either internally (via captive insurers or balance sheet / P&L) or externally to insurance companies via brokers (with whom I maintain c-suite relationships).
