Head of the Networks, Support, and Systems Department. Responsible for providing support and following up on requirements/needs of the Headquarters, Deputy Command Headquarters, and Stations in Mexicali and its Valley. Administration of the DSPM Backbone Network (Headquarters, Deputy Command Headquarters, and Stations in Mexicali and its Valley) Networks / Switches / CCTV Configuration, maintenance, downloading, and reporting of video recording equipment for patrol units. Downloading real-time geolocation reports. Administration of Checkpoint Firewall / ESET Antivirus / Active Directory. Project management and improvement of internal systems. Constant communication with other departments such as CEEE, Analysis Unit, Legal, Material Resources, Human Resources, Administrative Sub-Directorate, and Operational Personnel.
