My name is Fábio Carneiro. I’m an Industrial Engineer and Manager, and for the past 20 years I’ve been leading industrial and operational projects across different sectors and countries. Most of my experience has been built in multinational environments, where I’ve managed large-scale operations and international teams across several European plants. I’m very focused on operational excellence and efficiency — but also on people and culture, which I believe are fundamental for sustainable performance. I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that involved process transformation, productivity improvement, and strategic alignment between global and local operations.
