• Leading global product strategy and portfolio development for genomic applications in Oncology (solid tumour, liquid biopsy, hereditary cancer) and Rare disorders (exome, genome, disease-specific gene panels, pharmacogenomics) • Management of the entire product life cycle from ideation, implementation, commercialisation to sunsetting for end-to-end solutions within ISO13485 environment • Developing and leading a team of 5 senior product managers responsible for the product lifecycle of end-to-end diagnostic solutions (reagents to analytics) • Establishing product launch and and commercialisation processes • Conduct Annual Business Planning leading to roadmap planning , sales budgets and marketing plans
• Leading a diverse team of product managers for digital tools and genomic services • Global responsibility including strategy, development and staffing for the companies digital tools within Life Science business • Business lead for Genomic Services with focus on defining and executing on multi-year strategy
