Established a business service center in a repurposed mall with private investors, and founded a dry port company at a major logistics hub.

Held several group-level business development and strategic change leadership roles in both IT and retail banking. Led strategic change programs and operational model reforms. Responsible for implementing lean/agile ways of working. Established and reorganized several teams and units, recruiting dozens of professionals.

Served e.g. as project and program manager for multi-stakeholder ICT sector initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the US. Acted as Change Management and Culture Transformation Advisor in M&A cases.

Early roles included consultant and account manager focusing on leadership communications, investor relations, publications, and digital communication. Success in sales and delivery projects led to head of sales and marketing. As CEO, implemented the company’s strategy and drove continuous business development – resulting in growth and improved profitability of the company

The company designed and delivered management events from international business conferences to customized local seminars. As Business Unit Manager renewed and implemented the strategy for the Special Events and Seminars business unit in Finland. Before promoted to Business Unit Manager and member of the management team, led a development project for the group’s USA based subsidiary introducing a new business line for the US market
