At InstaFreight, I held progressive leadership roles culminating in Vice President Culture & Brand, following my time as Director and Head of People & Culture. Over nearly five years, I was responsible for establishing and scaling the People & Culture function, driving organizational development, and supporting our rapid growth as a digital freight forwarding platform. My role expanded to leading our team through significant transformation, ultimately managing the company’s restructuring and insolvency proceedings with transparency and care—ensuring clear communication, compliance, and support for employees throughout the process.
At Avenso GmbH (LUMAS), I progressed through several key HR roles, culminating in Head of HR. Over nearly four years, I partnered closely with leadership to shape and develop the company’s HR function, driving successful initiatives in global talent acquisition, payroll across multiple countries, and HRIS/ATS (Personio) implementation. My responsibilities included leading a dedicated HR team, managing change and organizational development projects, and optimizing HR operations and onboarding processes (US, UK, CH, AT, DE, FR). My work supported Avenso’s international growth and ensured efficient, scalable, and compliant HR practices across the organization.
