In this role, I owned the P&L for AspireHR’s commercial software products, serving more than 150,000 users and driving over 25% annual growth with 80% gross margins. I led global development and cloud operations teams of 55+ engineers, overseeing $11 million in AWS-based software delivery leveraging GenAI, AWS Bedrock, and React. I directed the company’s FedRAMP certification program, enabling product adoption in secure federal environments, and managed ISO 27001 and SOC I/II compliance to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. My focus was on scaling product innovation, improving platform reliability, and aligning technology strategy with revenue and client success goals.

In this role, I partnered with C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies to develop and execute multi-year cloud transformation roadmaps. I generated over $8.6 million in new sales by aligning AWS services with enterprise business goals and designing strategies that closed legacy data centers, reduced IT costs by $16 million annually, and accelerated digital modernization.
