Originally focused solely on the U.S. market, I have expanded As You Know into Europe, securing new partnerships and positioning the company as a trusted transatlantic provider of high-quality environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. One of our major milestones has been a pilot collaboration with RepRisk (Switzerland), enhancing both our credibility and our European footprint.
Today, we curate ESG data on more than 3,000 publicly listed U.S. companies, about 10% of which are also active in the EU market, serving investors, corporations, and universities seeking reliable sustainability insights.
I am currently leading the next stage of growth - introducing automated payment and licensing features to the portal, developing scalable subscription models, and expanding our user base. My focus is on business development, strategic partnerships, and team growth, ensuring that As You Know continues to build momentum even in a complex market environment.
My vision is to make credible sustainability data accessible, actionable, and globally relevant - helping organizations make better-informed, impact-driven decisions.

Claim.ImpactJuly 2024 - CurrentI co-founded Claim.Impact to build from the ground up a business hub and consultancy that helps companies, governments and financial institutions turn sustainability commitments into strategic value. Our focus bridges multiple domains: ESG data, AI-enabled business models, gender-responsiveness, and strategic communications.
When we started, there was no product and no market presence. Together with my co-founders, I defined our mission, recruited our first partnership members, developed our service offering, and launched our go-to-market strategy across Europe and the Western Balkans. I set up operational processes, client pipelines, and partnerships to deliver practical results in complex fields like CSRD compliance, gender budgeting and sustainable AI.
In my role I lead business development, client engagement, service design and strategic partnerships. I oversee the creation of our training/education modules for SMEs, the development of our AI-driven advisory assistant (ChatCSR), and the integration of sustainability data with transformation frameworks. I also manage our brand positioning and content strategy so that our message - “green, fair, future-ready” - resonates with both private-sector and institutional clients.
My vision is to make sustainability not just a regulatory burden but a competitive advantage. I’m committed to delivering credible insight, actionable intelligence and measurable impact, helping organizations move beyond disclosure to transformation—and ultimately helping Claim.Impact scale into a pan-European leader in sustainability intelligence and education.

My work has focused on communications, governance, human rights, sustainable development, focused on programs and activities that build institutional capacity, strengthen policy dialogue, and promote impact-driven reform.
