Focused on large-scale HR/OD strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching, I have supported government, higher education, and Fortune 500 clients in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Collaborate with leading global firms, including Korn Ferry (Associate) on executive development, HR transformation, and leadership strategy projects. A) Strategic HR/OD Consulting: Led HR transformation and organization design initiatives for Abu Dhabi Executive Office, Mitsubishi Corporation, Mercer, Korn Ferry, Deloitte, and Fortune 500 clients across APAC, EMEA, and North America. Advised governments in the UAE, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and Canada. We work to optimize talent value creation across portfolio companies. B) Executive Education: Designed and delivered programs with leading schools including NYU, INSEAD, IMD, LBS, Sorbonne Business School, and James Cook University. Core themes: purpose-driven leadership, transformational change, strategic HRM, trust, and engagement. C) Executive Coaching: Certified Professional Coach (CCI). Partner to senior leaders in Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Fortune 500 firms, using ICF-aligned, strengths-based, and transformational approaches to enable measurable mindset and performance shifts. Works in association with Korn Ferry and other marquis consulting partners. Currently prioritizing a full-time senior HR/OD leadership role where I can bring this expertise in-house to drive long-term organizational impact.
