Headed the Brand, Content & Events area, overseeing brand strategy and visual identity, storytelling and content planning and production and the development of creative campaigns across multiple channels. Managed an international team of eight plus agencies worldwide, delivering global brand consistency, 5 – 6 large - scale events, and 3 – 4 key campaigns per year in addition to daily content production to feed our channels and meet company communications needs. Defined the internal and external communications plan. • Creative content & production: ◦ Directed flagship creative projects such as the Women's UEFA Sponsorship campaign, and the global patient stories campaign, boosting company's mission visibility and employee engagement worldwide. ◦ Designed and executed the new CEO onboarding communications plan, integrating content, campaigns and events for global audiences. ◦ Defined the internal communications plan and led the production of content to communicate the company's new strategy, which was presented through different channels and levels of the organization globally. ◦ Developed and oversaw the execution of a strategy to revamp the company's social media channels and content, resulting in steady improvement and increase of the engagement and growth every year. • Events: ◦ Produced the company's first - ever global employee town hall (8 , 000+ participants), leading content design, event production and communications strategy and plan. ◦ Led brand identity and developed supporting materials for Capital Markets Day in London, where the new corporate strategy was presented to investors for the first time and after a reputational crisis.
